PlayStation 5

My PS5 worked perfectly yesterday but today it won’t obtain an IP address from the hub.

The hub has the PS5 stuck as Reserved IP. In myrouter.io I select DHCP and Save, but when I return to the device list it still says Reserved IP.

The PS5 is set to automatic IP, automatic DNS, automatic MTU and no proxy. It connects to my phone hotspot, so the PS5 Wi-Fi is working. I’ve also rebooted the Sky hub.

Please can someone advise how to remove/reset the DHCP reservation? If this needs Sky to reset the hub/network configuration remotely, could someone from Sky assist?
