Piggybacking

I think my neighbours are piggybacking, how can I check what devices are connected to my broadband?

@Thomas337  Simply change the wifi password, that way if anyone who shouldn't be using your wifi will be kicked ioff, however, it should be noted that unless someone gave them the wifi passwrd they would not just be able to connect to yours.

What makes you think they are?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Thomas337 the hub shows you a list of devices connected if its a black hubs you will need to go into the hub's web interface at 192.168.0.1 you will becasked to log in the username is admin the oassword on the upright style hubs is tge default WiFi password on the okder flst style ot is sky. On thecwhite hubs there is a list in the My Skybapp

Be careful though the list can be confusing as an entry saying UNKNOWN simply means the  device is not telling the hub what it is not thst you dont own it and in some cases you see the name of the wifi card not the device. If you suspect the password has leaked simply change it you will have to reconnect your devices though. The chance that your neighbours have hacked your network is remote.
