Picture froze and programme waiting to load

Picture froze but sound continued for a while. Tried to reload but the caption said trying to load programme and now says this when I choose any programme. I have run wifi and broadband checks and all are good

Same for me - continually yet Sky tells me I have the best package available, rediculous
