I want to know if there's anyway to get the recording of the phone conversation I had yesterday with the person who set up my sky account and broadband

@Danielle136 Sky record all calls but dont release these except where the customer makes a formal complaint or makes a formal subject data requestunder Data Protection even then I suspect you will get a  transcript.
