Phone issues

I have issues with my phone line which is causing internet problems sky have checked my line and confirmed ther is a fault  past 2 weeks I have still been waiting for openreach to fix this phoned sky I dont know how many times and they say first it was 3 days so waited still not fixed then they said someone was out but couldn't fix the fault so they would be sending someone else out mon there still nothing I'm starting to really get stressed about this as anyone else had these issues with openreach and the fact that ther has been strikes on doesnt help but I thought even at that it would still have been sorted

@Joanneco1982 it depends on what work is required. Straight foward issues are normally sorted in 2 working days but more complex issues can and do take longer unfortunately

 

Openreach are bad at giving forward dates all they tell Sky is the date they will give the next update unfortunately there is nothing Sky or you can do to speed things up.
