Paying for Superfast but not getting it

We pay for Superfast but only getting 22 GB? I am sure we have Superfast Cabling to the house?

@Harleylover1962  Superfast also known a VDSL uses you copper line, also you wouldn't be getting 22GB it would be 22mbps

 

What does it show in the mysky app about your connection?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

'Superfast' broadband is 'up to' 80Mbs: that includes 22Mbs.  FTTC speed is almost entirely a product of the length of the copper line between the subscription address and the local fibre cabinet and your result would be expected at around 1200 metres.
