Pausing specific devices
The option to pause the internet signal to a specific device has suddenly disappeared from my device

@Ktfh2727 the only way to pause devices requires you to have bought the WiFi Max add-on as the Parental Controls in thst bundle allow you to do thst vis the My Sky app. If thst is not working try rebooting the Sky Max hub by disconnecting the power for a few seconds. If that doesnt work give Sky a call.
