Password incorrect?

I have just set up my new hub , it's all green lights , my mobile and tablet connected immediately but  I followed instructions to set up my TV and found its not accepting the password, its advising incorrect ?

If that's a white Sky Max Hub, you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub administration settings in the My Sky app.
