Password broadband

i just got a sky broadband and everything was going well until I try to change password seems like new password didn't go through and old one stopped working therefore can't connect at all . Help

@Magyyy Are you doing a password change via the app and to a white sky Max SR213 hub, if it is not working or taking effect then hold the WPS button RHS 1 inch from the bottom for at least 20 seconds plus, when you see the light on the front change let the button go, the hub will reset itself, all the information you need again is on the label bottom off the hub, or the supplied card!
