How do I change the parental settings. I've tried getting into the shield put it won't let me

@EddyStewart12 if you cannot change or see them it's normally an id / service setup issue you have, but quickest way call sky and they will set to how you request. Dial 150 fom your landline or sky mobile, 8am to 8pm.
