Parental controls

Turned parental controls back on after summer holidays and it doesn't seem to be working. We've set the time for Internet to go off at night but it isn't switching off ?

@Catherine+Nicole reboot your Sky hub as sometimes that clears these type of faults. If its does connect doesnt snd ghe settings lookmright in the My Sky app givecSkyba call.
