Parental controls sky max?

I've recently upgraded to sky max as the intwrnet speed in our bedroom was poor. Tbh it still isn't great. But I was under the impression that there would be parental controls in the sky app once I upgraded to sky max but I don't see anything new in the app?

@Nickjett  Normally those controls are under the broadband & talk tab on the Sky app, but might have been moved with the new max router from Sky.

Thanks...but none of the options to create a profile or anything to do with parental controls are whete the article says it should be

@Nickjett You are sure that you have the Sky Max addon in your package with the additional monthly cost?

I upgraded just over two weeks ago...the upgrade is an extra 4 pounds and I have thecwhite router since the upgrade

@Nickjett Time to call sky then something set wrong and you are not seeing the required switched on through your app to your account and the sky max option.
