Parental controls missing on sky max

Hi everyone. I've upgraded to sky max a couple of days ago specifically to time-limit my kids, connected the new router yesterday but still unable to see parental controls under broadband settings. Any help? Am I missing something?

There appears to be a delay before some Max users see the appropriate tabs in the My Sky app: they aren't on the router itself.
