Parental control option not showing
I have had a new router and since have not been able to see the option for parental control. Not showing any of the connected devices either. I have deleted and reinstalled the my sky app. Still no parental control option. Any ideas??

@MazR you have to have a current WiFi Max sub to grt the parental control options and be logged in with the account holder id. If you are sure you are meeting those requirements call Sky as there appears to be an issue going by a number of similar posts.
