Paid twice

I paid my broadband bill twice by mistake I want a refund can anyone help I need to get the money back ?

If you see a credit on your account then give Sky a call as they should be able to refund it back to you. It should then be refunded within 5 working days so going forward you shouldn't need to make any manual payments as Sky should take it automatically from you via your payment method you have setup on your account.
