Hi, for a few weeks now I can't load anything when using my mobile phone. Eg website pages. My pc works fine but with my phone I'm having to switch to 4G all the time. I've reset my router several times but it still keeps happening. Can anyone give any advice please- cheers

Hi, thanks for your reply. The shield is set to 13+ years as I have late teen kids. I'll check how my pc connects. My mobile used to work perfectly now I don't know why I'm having this problem now 😕🙂

Do the issues happen all the time or just sometimes? Is it in all locations in the house or just some? Do you have Sky Q?
