Pages don’t load when using mobile with Wi-Fi

Hi, for a few weeks now I can't load anything when using my mobile phone. Eg website pages. My pc works fine but with my phone I'm having to switch to 4G all the time. I've reset my router several times but it still keeps happening. Can anyone give any advice please- cheers

@Albertsmum  How is your PC connected to the router? Have you checked broadband shield to see what setting it is set to? This can be found in my account in the broadband & talk tab,

Hi, thanks for your reply. The shield is set to 13+ years as I have late teen kids. I'll check how my pc connects. My mobile used to work perfectly now I don't know why I'm having this problem now 😕🙂

@Albertsmum

The problem is very unlikely to be the broadband shield if your PC works fine and its just the phone with the problem. What phone is it? Do the issues happen all the time or just sometimes? Is it in all locations in the house or just some? Do you have Sky Q?
