Discussion topic: Packet loss and high ping

Since moving to sky from BT my gaming experience has been shocking i constantly have high latency 100+ pings and lag out and get really high packet loss (constant red line in fortnite network graph). Download speed appears to be ok around 64Mbps . Is there anything that can be done my ping times with BT was around 15-20ms and i had zero packet loss or dropouts due to lag. I have the exact same equipment setup wise apart from the sky router (same BT socket / Splitter/ PC / Homeplug setup
