On saturday we recieved the sky max hub upgrade and noticed that while everything else is connecting, the PS5 we have won't connect. It is saying the signal is too weak despite there being full bars and everything else in the room connecting.
I called Sky on Saturday then to inform them of this and I let them know I saw another discussion of someone having to ring Sky for the same problem and tbe security settings had to be changed. I suggested this and they said it's not the issue, and they instead sent us a Sky Max Pod.
I've plugged this in and it's not working after 3 hours of it being plugged in, it keeps flashing white. We cannot move it as it would be too close to the router or too far, and the PS5 still won't obtain wifi.
Is there any help that can be provided or any suggestions? We're at a loss here as we've only just upgraded and our previous wifi with Sky connected the PS5 to it with no issue.
