PS5 LAN and SharePlay keeps disconnecting

On 1gigabit WiFi and I'm a sky broadband engineer. Never had any problems before switching over to sky but now my PS5 sharescreen does not want to stay on and every time I turn on my ps5 it's disconnected from the LAN (connected to a pod) 

all settings are how they should be this is a sky software/backened problem that needs to be fixed ASAP.
