PS Remote Play
When using the PlayStation remote play app on my phone whilst in the house the game play works immaculate the issue is when I'm not in the house and connected to a different wifi I the PlayStation remote play app doesn't connect to my PlayStation but if I switch from the wifi to mobile date then the app works fine would this be an issue with router setup and port forwarding or the wifi I'm connected to

Re: PS Remote Play
@alatham85 If i'm reading your post right you don't have an issue with your home wifi but elsewhere? If so I'm not sure what this has to do with Sky broadband where you've posted?

Re: PS Remote Play
I wasn't sure if it was anything on the router stopping the incoming connection from a different wifi or if any ports needed forwarding

How would your own connection/router have any affect on another properties broadband service.
Your hub provides you with access to your own broadband connection at your own property it cannot follow you around or have any effect on another person's broadband service.

Re: PS Remote Play
@alatham85 check you have UPNP enabled on your Sky hub. If I remember correctly it is turned on by default on the black hubs but check your's. If you have the white Sky Max hub it is off by default but can be enabled in the Hub's settings in the My Sky app in the Advanced section. From a quick check thst should enable remote play.
