Hello,
I just had the enginner coming to set up TV sky box and broadband. He told me that he is not able to set the broadband as it is owned by BT, and that I need to call SKY.
Who can help? I tried to call the customer service but I cannot get anyone through. I waited 3 weeks to have the engineer coming and now I don't have a broadband, just left with a problem to solve.

Sky deal with the tv side whilst openreach deal with broadband .

I received an email saying that my activation was on 24/06. Is there anyway I can contact them?
