PON r

PON red light on ont. switched on and off numerous times and still red. 
No device can connect to wifi

This will need reporting to Sky so try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

 

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them so they can look into this for you.

@Fraser75 Follow the advise from @caesarome and call sky, the Pon may clear and go good with Green again but is best having sky to look at it for you!
