PATCHY ACCESS TO WIFI SIGNAL

I wish I had never changed to Sky Broadband and if I wasnt now locked into a 24 month contract I would cancel. I find that even my mobile phone signal continually drops and every day I have a fight to connect with the Internet on my laptop. One of the databases I need for work I cannot access as the signal is too slow.  I am constantly switching off the router and resetting. It drives me mad. Any idea how much it would cost to cancel my contract

Re: PATCHY ACCESS TO WIFI SIGNAL

@Rockyboy1- It's all here in the help link. And if you need any help you do need to say what you have, the Forum is not Customer Service so unable to do the guessing!

How to cancel your Sky Broadband | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

Edit:- thought i had recognised your name, take it you are still trying to fight the sky Max operation to a remote garden office using wireless wifi pods that will not work!
