Overgrown trees affecting phone line
Hello All.
The trees that are under the phone line going into my house have now grown that much that the branches are substantially pushing the phone line up.
I fear that if I leave it much longer it will cause damage to both the phone line and my house.
Is there a department I can contact to deal with this?
I am unable to access the trees or I would try and trim them myself, but this has got to the point now that it would have to be a professional to be honest.
Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sky don't have a department for this type of issue. Do you know who owns the trees - council, a private address?

Openreach basically doesn't do preventative maintenance on individual circuits: they might do so on multi-core backbone cable.
