Outbox

Hi

We currently use a BT email address but our wifi is through you. When I use my work email address  from homeI  can  send and receive emails no problem (From my works laptop) I can send and receive emails from my BT address whilst using my works wifi away from home. But emails on my desk  top (BT account )refuse to  send - I  can  receive but not send. 

 

I have had emails stuck in  my out box at homne (BT address) for iover two  days, but when  I  compile and send from my Iphone (BT  address) it goes 1st time.

 

Please can  you  assist

@cowcatandportia there should be no issues between Sky and BT mail. What app are you using to wtite and dispatch emails? Have you tried BT's web mail page to see if that works?

Typically for an outbound mail issue you'd need to check the SMTP server setting.
