Outage in the area

Since yesterday evening wifi not working. In the Sky app it showa there is an outage in my area. What is the ETA to resolve this issue?

@AtanuGhosh Nobody here can possibly know, we are just fellow customers and have no idea where you are. You may need to call Sky to ask them if you can't see any info on the service checker.

The service level agreement in the UK between ISP’s and Openreach for fixing a fault is 2 WORKING DAYS which is the usual quoted time as Openreach claim to fix faults within that timeframe in 85+% of cases.

As Sky broadband discussed here is a domestic set up there is no extra or quicker support for those working from home.

Well this sucks. Just woke up to see there is an outage in Worcester. Looks like no gaming for me today. 😣
