@Ginger070 there is little point in calling Sky as they are likely to know as much as you as Openreach do not give running commentary on fixing area faults so nobody can tell you when your line will be back up. The standard fix time is 2 full working days from report which Openreach meet in 85% of cases where they dont you start to get compensation see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
