Outage for 4 days how do i get an update?

we have an outage for the past four days and we are strugging to get any sort of update.

How do we obtain an update?  Cant find any phone numbers?

@Darrenh35  Where you given any type of information on what the outage was and how wide spread this is in your area?

Only the following information has been given to date.

"There's an outage in your area

We're working on getting you back up and running. It usually takes a couple of days to fix things like this but might be sooner."

Understandably we are getting a little frustrated not knowing anything.

@Darrenh35If others in your area are affected by this and they are not with Sky then you know that is will be down to Openreach to fix as soon as possible. Does your house phone connect through the router or the master socket on the wall to give you a number to call if you wish to do so,
