Outage coleraine

Day 3 and our in internet is still down, u can't even speak to anyone, it says an outage and it should be fixed in 48hrs maximum, am running out of data and I won't be able to use my phone for work, an absolute joke, also when your paying for a service and you can't use it.....

@Elaine+Millican  If its shwoing an outage I would suggest there would be little piint calling Sky as it will be the network operator who will be dealing with the outage which can be caused by numerous external forces.

 

Sky and other domestic ISPs don't guarantee 100% uptime unfortunately you'll need to be patient while the outage is resolved in your area.

 

It's also likely Force Majuere may be in force.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
