Any news on how long the outage will last 

it's been 2 full working days 

there is no information from sky , no number to call

@MANG2 Use your service checker, sky may just not have the info to supply you with!

That's the Openreach target time to resolve domestic broadband problems (and the trigger point for compensation) : they report to Ofcom that they meet this target in around 85% of incidents.

I can't find it anything online and their AI bot assistant was never joy

@MANG2 Sky do not use any form off e-mail on Customer Service, You can do the social media below bottom off the page or raise a formal complaint. That can be submitted as e-mail!
