Our internet is awful!
We pay for ultra fast broadband. My daughter works from home and is constantly having to give up with her connection to go into the office. We are having to turn off and on the WiFi on our phones and reset our boxes constantly. It's driving us mad. We have a booster too and it's still not good enough. The tests online have said our connection is fine, but it's not. I pay almost £200 a month for this poor service. How do I speak to someone to fix this?! Or order a new broadband box.

Re: Our internet is awful!
@steph172 No way on earth you should be paying that kind off money for that speed of BB connection? What sky hub do you have and if not done so run a diagnostic against the line! You should only need to reset the sky Hub by power off/on mode, the booster should follow and reconnect automatically! Ultrafast BB to a speed of 150Mb/s is still on a G.Fast copper line, if it's got issues with the line then you may just need to get a OR engineer to check it all out if the checker below does not find anything,
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.
If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).
