Our broadband has been running slow since 20th July used to be 65 mb now it’s only 59.

 

we have a boost but it dosent seem to work and there's no issue in or area

'Broadband Boost' doesn't actually improve speed arriving at the Hub: it's a rather unfortunate marketing name.
