Original Hub not performing after full fibre upgrade

Very unhappy with the number of tonnes that i have had to restart the hub since the upgrade to Full Fibre. It just loses connection . The internet and phone lights turn steady orange. Never had any problems with this hub prior to full fibre. Done your connection tests and there has never been a problem with the external fibre connection to house so something odd is causing the hub to drop the connection inside the house. Please provide a new upgraded hub. I work from home so this is vital.

Current Sky customers upgrading to FTTP are expected to continue to use a Sky Broadband Hub unless they add the WiFi Max subscription supplement.  This is rather odd because new customers get the Max Hub by default (although not the additional WiFi Max features)
