Order number query

Hi , I used topcashback to compare broadband packages and they are asking for my Order number on the sky confirmation email in order to process the cashback, however there isn't one written on the email I received from Sky and I have not been able to contact Sky as there are only options for specific issues when calling. I was also confirmed by Sky that I would get a welcome bonus so just wanting to check that also. Thanks

I think your only option will be to call Sky to see if they can let you know what it was.
