Order completed but wrong phone number. Order was placed with a number to be ported from Virgin.

Number still working on Virgin account didnt want to cancel till the order completed. But Sky have just giving me next available number. Home move completes in 8 days and im already in new home

@Liam188 Does not work that way, you now need to keep paying the bill for that VM phone number, or lose it for ever!

 

If VM will not release the number nothing sky can do about that, but you need to call sky first to see what is going on!

What do you mean it doesnt work that way. Sky not support number porting? It was accepted in the orginal order
