Orange Voice Light

Does anybody else have an issue where the voice light goes orange and the broadband and WiFi do not work? I run the tests but doesn't come back with any faults.

Next time it happens try running the line test here:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Re: Orange Voice Light

I have run the tests online and through the app. It always comes back as nothing wrong on the broadband and WiFi. Obviously an issue but doesn't seem to pick it up.

@Peterjames24 The issue is caused by a fault with the server managing your connection. It can normally be sorted by turning off the hub for an hour which should force a change of connection node. At any one time a small % of the over 5 million nodes have this fault they do get repaired but it takes a while.

Re: Orange Voice Light

Thanks ...any idea how to stop it happening? Everything runs through the hub ..heating, cameras etc ...can't always be around to switch it off and wait.  There is quite a few threads about this on the forum...seems to be a bit of an ongoing issue.
