Optical network terminal

The LOS light on my ONT is currently red and I have no connection to the internet. Does anyone know what the issue might be and if the is an open reach problem rather than Sky?

It would usually mean an external fault that needs reported to sky

 

Call them on

 

Contact sky as below

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland
