I am due to have full fibre broadband installed but openreach haven't been to fit the box outside yet. Installation is next Monday. How many days before Installation does openreach come out?
Mine was literally the afternoon before. I had text messages advising the date with a link to confirm a few weeks before. Check in your My Sky orders for an update in case your phone number is wrong or there is an update for you.
Thank you. I received texts to say openreach had received my order from Sky. My installation is Monday 27th April, so there is still time if yours was was installed the afternoon before.
