The Openreach engineer visited my property as planned on 27 Sep and got the internet working - Open reach also sent me a text to say the job is done.
Suddenly on 11-Oct it stopped and as per Sky records there is no engineer visit and my account is still not activated.
The best they can do is get an engineer out on 22-Oct !!
They cannot explain the period between 27Sep and 11Oct. They insist the only way out is to get the engineer in n 22-Oct and i wait for this "patiently"
Anyone faced the same problem? Needless to say, im disappointed in Sky customer support and the level of informaion i got from several call. I only get a consistent response "to wait for the engineer to visit"
