Openreach power transformer

I've recently applied for and received the sky hub for ultrafast fiber, as excited as we all were to get started, we realized that after connecting up, the openreach box is supposed to be powered too.

There isn't a transformer available, how do I obtain one, just don't want an openreach engineer to come out just to give it to me (billed for) if I could plug it in myself.

Looks like the previous tenant must have taken it as the landlord said he doesn't know where.

@Dave-5Is this the power unit for the ONT that is missing, thus no power to it?

If someone has helped give them Like.

@Dave-5 report the problem to Sky who can tell Openreach who should provide the power supply but there should be no charge to you.
