Openreach power cable missing

Ive just moved into a new house, there is an openreach box but there are no lights on it. There is a green cable that connects to outside, but nothing left to actually connect it to power.

 

i tried replying to Openreach's activation text saying the cable was missing, but it said "this message failed to send". How can I order a replacement?

Unfortunately I believe you have to wait until the activation date has passed, and then log a fault with the ISP (Sky)

 

Particularly unfortunate that the previous occupant apparently read the label on the ONT but took the mains adapter anyway.
