Openreach install

Good Evening. I am switching over to sky broadband on the 24th September. The openreach engineer attended to Mark up outside the house so they can dig up and place the fibre to our house. Since then I've heard nothing, who do I need to contact to chase this up?

You can only talk to Sky: Openreach isn't a public facing company.  Unfortunately Sky will only know what Openreach has told them, which may well be nothing at all.
