Openreach install delay - wire to post?

Hi. Waited 5 weeks for install. BT Arrived and told us that could not connect to main post due to live wire and need specialist team. Installed grey box. No update from BT or sky. How do we find out who to ask what next. Why does it take so long and why do sky not care?

Its likely that Sky are just waiting for an update from Openreach. In situations like this they have their hands tied until Openreach issue an update or make a decision. Sometimes the waiting list for these specialist teams can be quite a while. 

The best thing you can do is call Sky for updates
