You will need to contact Sky using the Contact Us link at rhe bottom of the page.
Any faults with the ONT will need an engineer.
check the fibre is connected (green plug) and the white fibre is undamaged. Either way you will need an engineer.
phone them, email and chat is the slowest way to get an engineer visit sorted out. Openreach aim to resolve faults in 2 working days from the report of a fault.
I remember the Internet starting!
Sky Full Fibre & Virgin Media XGS-PON, with automatic failover using DrayTek multi WAN router.
Sky Q, which will be sadly missed when they decide to kill it off!

A red light on an optical network terminal box usually beens you have a break in the fibre optic cable going to the box, so you need to call sky as soon as possible to get an engineer booked
