I contaced Sky to have the location of our fibre instalation moved to the original location of the router. For some reason they located it on the other side of our house and to do so they unplugged my son's ethernet connection which allows him to work from home.
I spoke to Sky on the 20th and booked an appointment for the 4th October 1-6pm
I was told that I would have a confirmation text within 72hrs from Opoenreach confirming the appointment.
It's now the 28th Sepetmber and still no text.
I rang 150 to spaek to Sky but couldn't get past the automated system which just sent a text with a link which is just the Sky website which isn't very helpful with such matters.
Any help gratefully received.

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
