Openreach Old Box

I had full-fibre installed yesterday by Openreach. They moved the outside box rendering the existing one redundant. However the old box was left like the attached picture. Previously there was capping over the hole where the wire entered the property. Is this acceptable to leave it like this? That big exposed hole into the house surely isn't good?

Ideally the hole should be covered, im a bit confiused tho is that Openreach CSP now redundant ? and where is the cable that comes in

Yes that one is now redundant. They installed a new CSP on a different wall because of where I wanted the ONT and they only had certain length of cable.

This is the wider shot. The wire at the bottom goes into the new CSP.

Thank you for explaining, I am a bit suprised that Openreach didnt remove the redundnat one and fill in holes, I would recommend that you contact them and./or Sky and ask for this to be done.
