Openreach LOS Red light, PON no light

As suggested by the title. Engineer came today but the broadband is not working and the sky modem is flashing green. The openreach box is meant to have the PON lit green if I am correct, but there is no light and the LOS is bright red. Not sure if this is a fault with the connection not being setup correctly but the Internet is not working.

@Sab2k11 the Loss Of Signal light sghowing red means the ONT is not receiving an optical signal. Various causes but all of them require action by Openreach so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
