Openeich engineer put old socket
I have recently moved to a new house. Openreach came and installed a new socket, but they advised us to buy a new cable to connect our Hub to the internet, which we currently don’t have. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any customer service option online to book another engineer visit through Sky. We need an engineer to come and check the socket installation and make sure our new Hub cable can properly connect to it.

@Seyed+seyed Have a look and say what socket type you have and then what sky hub you have.
