Extremely frustrated with Sky and Open Reach with the lack of urgency in getting our broadband back running.
again.
Its been well over two weeks with no service and each time I obtain a report from Sky,, Open Reach miss their target date to repair. I've been told there is a major outage in the green box closest to our house.
I have a business working from home and as you can imagine any lack in broadband affects by day to day running of my business. Open Reach will not allow me to contact them direct to get an update, therefore everything needs to be done through Sky where regular updates from them is non existent!
What can I do to get my broadband running again?
What compensation am I entitled too?

This link outlines auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it, It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.
Working from home or running a business from home makes no difference as you have a domestic broadband service.

Thankyou for this.
Is there anything I can do to escalate this with Sky.

They will be relying on Openreach updating them with any progress with unfortunately Openreach are well known for being poor at. Openreach don't work on domestic faults at weekends or bank holidays to my knowledge.
