Our broadband is cutting out for hours at a time in the beings, we think it's something to do with the ont box in the wall as the power light in there keeps flashing. Any tips on how to get this to work or do I have to call out a sky engineer?
@NM1502 If it is the ONT and Power light is flashing on that, call would be best to sky! Will not be a sky Engineer and depending on what ONT is installed will be either OR/CF Openreach or CityFibre to deal with it! Power light should NOT flash, Solid Green is it's normal condition once on and started!
